Eden Activity Club

Eden Activity Club

The Eden Activity Club (EAC) is a new service initiative from the Autism Association (Singapore). Its main mission is to provide social integration opportunities for adults with autism who are currently without any services. The Eden Activity Club is wholly funded by the National Council of Social Services (NCSS), and started its first pilot run in October 2015.

The Club is open to individuals with autism who have difficulty accessing other support services, and who are socially isolated for most part of the day. With a series of leisure and recreational activities available weekly, the Club aims to increase the level of participation, community engagement and well-being of its members in an age-appropriate and meaningful social context.

The Eden Activity Club offers a variety of  autism-friendly and interesting activities that can be adjusted to each individual’s level of support needs. A wide base of service providers allows the Club to cater for the different strengths and preferences of each member, and gives them the opportunity to choose between the different programmes available.

If you are interested to join the programme as a volunteer, please call 6774 6649 to find out more.
